Mohsin Ali Shaukat is a Leadership Development & Organizational Performance Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Assessment, Performance Consulting and Workforce Capability Building.

His expertise spans corporate organisations, government initiatives, educational institutions and multinational environments, where he has delivered leadership development programmes, assessment centres, competency-based evaluations, organisational diagnostics and employee engagement initiatives. He is known for practical frameworks, behavioural insight and an outcome-oriented facilitation style, and has worked with thousands of professionals across corporate, government and higher-education sectors.

Selected experience

• Prime Minister’s Special Initiative for Capacity Building of IT Professionals. Lead Soft Skills Trainer, in a national initiative implemented in collaboration with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Aramco Pakistan. Conducted an Organizational Focus Group Assessment, facilitating employee engagement discussions across multiple retail stations. The project resulted in a strategic diagnostic report.
• PSTD & Carnelian. Competency-Based Assessor in assessment centres (group discussions, role plays, behavioural interviews) assessing leadership and supervisory talent for organisations including SNGPL and Suzuki.
• Knowledge Streams. Senior Soft Skills Trainer & Consultant, contributing to employability and professional development programmes for Pakistan’s technology sector.
• Beaconhouse. LEAD — a five-day training workshop with campus heads.
• CCL Pharma. “The Art of Peak Performance” training workshop.
